By Olufemilade Oyinade

Journalists in Ekiti State have been charged to celebrate the yuletide with modesty

The Chairman of Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ekiti State Council, Comrade Rotimi Ojomoyela who gave this advice on Sunday in Ado Ekiti, rejoiced with Journalists in the state over the grace of God that preserved their lives to witness another Christmas.

According to him, Christmas symbolised new beginning and hope, hence he prayed God to grant Journalists new story as they forge ahead into 2023.

Ojomoyela appealed to Journalists to celebrate the Christmas with modesty and observe all necessary public health protocols as they meet new people during the festive season.

He restated the commitment of the union to the welfare of members and protection of their rights without compromise.
