King Charles III Marked his 74th Birthday on Monday, November 14, 2022, the first Birthday since his ascension of the throne of his ancestry.
A picture of the monarch was released on the Royal Family verified Twitter handle celebrating the King’s birthday. It showed him in his new role as a Park Ranger of Windsor Great Park.
The King has officially become Park Ranger of Windsor Great Park, 70 years after his father, the late Duke of Edinburgh, was appointed to the post.
King Charles’ father was the longest serving Ranger of the Park, holding the role from 1952 until his passing in 2021.
For years King Charles has been teased for being a royal “tree hugger” who communes with plants. But with a new official portrait released to mark his 74th birthday on Monday, Britain’s King Charles III seemed content embracing his nature-loving reputation.

With the release of the birthday snap, Buckingham Palace announced that he has added to his long list of royal titles and become Ranger of Windsor Great Park, guiding the day-to-day stewardship of one of the country’s oldest landed estates.
Charles is an ardent lifelong conservationist who has been warning about the looming threat of climate change and species extinction for decades. As a young prince, his first public address was about the dangers of pollution.
Charles visits Singapore’s MacRitchie Reservoir Park in October 2017 where as Prince, he helped fund forest restoration and rainforest protection projects.
His 2010 book “Harmony” is a 336-page manifesto on how humanity’s greatest problems are rooted in our disconnection from nature. He has established foundations “to promote holistic solutions facing the world today.”
