OGUNLEYE FELICITATES GOV. ABIODUN, ALAPERU ON THE OCCASION OF AKESAN DAY 2021

The Executive Chairman, Ikenne Local Government, Hon. Olusegun Ogunleye has sent his warm felicitations to Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun; Oba Adeleke Idowu-Basibo, Alaperu of Iperu and the entire people of the town on this year’s Akesan Day Celebration with its grand finale holding at Iperu on Saturday, 27th November, 2021.

Ogunleye, according to a release from the council’s Director, Information, Education, and Sports, Tope Oyekan, opined that the 35th edition of the celebration would continue to foster unity, progress, and development in the town.

The Chairman also congratulated the Iperu Community Development Association, led by Chief Babajide Oyeti, all affiliated clubs and associations on this eventful celebration.

He commended Akesan Day Celebration Organising Committee, for the effective planning and preparation towards successful hosting of the event.

The Chairman heartily welcomed the Special Guest of Honour, Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun an indigene of Iperu and Prince of the Amororo and Agbonmagbe Royal Dynasties to the event. He also welcome all eminent, distinguished personalities, friends and associates accompanying the Governor to the event.
