Tai Solarin University of Education which was closed down last week following an unrest will reopen for academic session on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
This was contained in a release by the Management of the institute which also announced that the second semester examination which was truncated due to the face-off between the university students and some security operatives would also resume on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
A release reads:
The Management of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun Ogun State hereby announce the resumption of academic activities for the 2020/2021 academic session on Tuesday, 9th November,2021.
The second semester examination would resume on Wednesday,10th November,2021.
Students are advised to remain law abiding and peaceful as they return to the University for the conclusion of their examinations.
